Prospero Teaching is recruiting a qualified SENCO for a successful secondary school in South East London.

You will lead the SEND provision, collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to tailor support and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role starts September 2026, is full-time and permanent, with MPS/UPS plus TLR dependent on experience.

You will oversee assessment, intervention planning and compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
