Employment Options: Prospero Teaching offers both long-term and supply teaching positions, so you can decide what the best fit is for you. Often, we have teachers combine both options by starting out with the guaranteed supply to ease themselves into the education culture before switching to a long-term role in a particular school.

  • Long-term: We set up interviews with schools and secure teachers with a 1 year contract or longer. Ideal for individuals who are ready to commit to a particular school and are confident in their teaching abilities.
  • Guaranteed Supply Agreement: Only offered in the UK at this time. Ensure you get full-time work 5 days a week and allows you to get exposure to the education system before committing to a particular school. Ideal for individuals who don't want to be locked into a contract and want flexibility. Many teachers choose to begin with supply and move into a long-term position once they have become comfortable with the UK education system.

  • Training & professional development
  • Accommodation assistance
  • Personalized support with the relocation process
  • Flexible full-time, long-term & short-term work options
