Often we have teachers combine both options by starting out with the guaranteed supply to ease themselves into the education culture before switching to a long-term role in a particular school.
- Long-term: We set up interviews with schools and secure teachers with a 1-year contract or longer. Ideal for individuals who are ready to commit to a particular school and are confident in their teaching abilities.
- Guaranteed Supply Agreement: Only offered in the UK at this time. Ensures you get full-time work 5 days a week and allows you to get exposure to the education system before committing to a particular school. Ideal for individuals who don't want to be locked into a contract and want flexibility. Many teachers choose to begin with supply and move into a long-term position once they have become comfortable with the UK education system.
