Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team through daily guidance, coaching, and role modelling

What We're Looking For
- A Level 6 qualification in Early Years or Education (EYTS, EYPS, QTS, PGCE, BA/BSc)
- Experience working in the early years sector, with a solid understanding of the EYFS
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team (previous management experience desirable)
- Knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and quality standards
- A current enhanced DBS check
- A warm, humorous, and professional approach with genuine passion for working with children
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training)
- References available upon request
