£95 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming SEN school and they are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join their outstanding team.

As an LSA, you will support students aged 4-18 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning and ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential - both academically and emotionally.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
  • Support students with communication, regulation, and engagement
  • Has experience working with children with SEN (in a school setting)
  • Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
