History teacher near Central London - Full Time
Prospero Teaching are working with a secondary school near Central London who are seeking a History Teacher to work in their school permanently full-time. You will be required to deliver lessons that are engaging & that will challenge the classes in key stage 3 & 4. You will also be expected to attend departmental meetings as and when required.
General Information:

- Minimum rate of pay: in line with your main pay scale
- Hours: 8:15 am-4:00 pm (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Teacher of History
- Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Teacher of History at key stage 3 and 4
- Hold a valid & recognised teaching qualification
- Up to date safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided)
- Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided)
- You will need to have taught in secondary schools either in a permanent or supply basis, the role is open to ECTs and more experienced teachers.
- You will be required to commit to the role in its entirety.
To be eligible for this History teaching job with Prospero Teaching hold Right to Work in the UK. Possess an enhanced child barred list. DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application. Provide a minimum of two professional child related references covering the last 2 years.
