History teacher near Central London - Full Time

Prospero Teaching are working with a secondary school near Central London who are seeking a History Teacher to work in their school permanently full-time. You will be required to deliver lessons that are engaging and that will challenge the classes in key stage 3 and 4. You will also be expected to attend departmental meetings as and when required.

General Information:

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified Teacher of History
  • Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Teacher of History at key stage 3 and 4
  • Hold a valid and recognised teaching qualification
  • Up to date safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided)
  • Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided)
  • You will need to have taught in secondary schools either in a permanent or supply basis; the role is open to ECTs and more experienced teachers.
  • You will be required to commit to the role in its entirety.
