Prospero Teaching is seeking an Early Years Phase Leader for an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in Tooting, Wandsworth. This leadership role oversees the EYFS, including planning, assessment and staff management, with a start in September 2026 and a contract until July 2027 with potential extension.

The successful candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have a minimum of 3 years' UK EY/Primary teaching experience with leadership potential, a strong focus on safeguarding, and the ability to lead effectively.
