Salary: 120 - 130

Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Hours: 08:20am - 15:45pm

Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-planned work.
  • Manage challenging behaviour confidently in line with school policies.
  • Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
  • Build positive, restorative relationships with pupils to encourage engagement.
  • Support small group interventions and assist with pastoral duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with young people, ideally within a PRU, SEND, or challenging behaviour setting.
  • Resilient, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
