Are you passionate about shaping the digital innovators of tomorrow? A forward-thinking secondary school near Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Science Specialist to join their successful and expanding ICT & Computing department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and dynamic Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 available depending on experience).
- Bring the curriculum to life through practical learning, coding challenges, problem-solving activities and real-world digital applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- A qualified teacher (ECT or experienced) with a specialism in Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of coding, algorithms, networks, cybersecurity, and computing theory
- Experience delivering GCSE Computer Science (OCR/AQA/Edexcel)
- A passion for digital learning and emerging technologies
- Someone who inspires curiosity, confidence and creativity in young people
