Banquo Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (CQC) to join our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services for children, young people, and adults across Liverpool and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, supporting our mission to be the provider of choice and make a difference in the lives of those we support.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the domiciliary care team to deliver person-centred services to children, young people, and adults.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant statutory and contractual requirements.
- Oversee service provision across Liverpool and surrounding areas, including recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain and improve service quality.
- Promote safeguarding and ensure that the wellbeing and safety of service users is central to all activities.
- Monitor and evaluate care standards, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and rotas efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to any concerns, complaints, or incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Registered Manager qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services - Children and Young People's/Adults' Management or equivalent).
- Current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or eligibility to register.
- Significant experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care, supporting children, young people, and adults.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice in home care services.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Lancashire as required.
- Previous registration with CQC.
- Up-to-date training in child and adult safeguarding.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including physical disabilities, mental health conditions, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
