About role
Prospero are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to work within a secondary school in the South Liverpool area as soon as possible. Please see below for further details:
- Location: South Liverpool, L18
- Position: MFL Teacher
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Full time/part time: Full time
- Minimum rate of pay: Paid to scale
- Hours: 8:00 am - 16:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering engaging lessons and incorporating cultural, historical, and linguistic elements of languages
- Setting and tracking student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, managing student behaviour in line with school policies
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous experience working with young people in a school setting
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references/cover 24 months worked
