Prospero Teaching are looking for a Cover Teacher with strengths in Physical Education and/or Humanities. This booking is due to start ASAP and will run until July 2026.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location: Bolton, Lancashire
  • Position: Cover Teacher
  • Type of work: Long term supply
  • Start date: April 2026
  • Duration / Likely Duration: July 2026, potentially December 2026
  • Contract type: Temporary / potentially temporary to permanent
  • Full time/part time: Full
  • Minimum rate of pay: GBP120/day
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (including parents evenings, meetings, and duties in line with a teacher)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education, and/or Humanities
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
