Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid lifeguard qualification (e.g. RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, responsible, and attentive approach
