We are looking for an organised and friendly Primary School Administrator to join a friendly school in Leeds after the Easter break. This is a full-time role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing front office reception and handling enquiries from parents and visitors
  • Maintaining pupil records and school databases
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and correspondence
  • Working closely with staff to ensure efficient school operations

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems (e.g., SIMS/Arbor preferred)
  • A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude

Start Date: After Easter

Hours: Full Time

Location: Leeds
