The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Help promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and its commitment to student success.
