Travel & Tourism Lecturer

We are looking for a motivated Travel & Tourism Lecturer to join our team and deliver high‑quality teaching that prepares learners for real‑world success in the vibrant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of Travel & Tourism programmes, ensuring students gain the academic knowledge and vocational skills they need to progress into higher education or employment.
  • Support ESOL learners by delivering numeracy (Entry to Level 1), Essential Digital Skills, or vocational content embedded within the curriculum.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g. Travel, Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality).
  • A degree in a related subject is highly desirable.
  • Industry experience in the travel and tourism sector (e.g. travel agencies, airlines, tour operations, hospitality).
  • Some teaching or training experience, formal or informal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support learners.
