Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school in Lichfield. The school is for children aged 11-16 years old with moderate and complex learning difficulties, and those on the autism spectrum. Students attending receive a tailored curriculum best suited to their needs and ability and the school offers a fantastic approach to learning. The role of the LSA is to provide support to both the class teacher and the students, assisting pupils both academically and pastorally across their school day. For this reason, the chosen candidate will be suitably qualified and/or experienced. The school are looking for someone who is confident, dedicated and excels with working with children.
