Learning Support Assistants – Full-Time – SEN School – Bordon – Immediate Start

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A well-regarded SEN school in Bordon is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who have a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You’ll play a key role in helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support
  • Assist with classroom activities and learning plans
  • Support emotional and behavioural needs
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
  • Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
