Learning Support Assistants – SEN School – Andover

Location: Andover

Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £98-£110 per day

We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Andover, supporting children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and complex learning needs. These are full-time roles with an ongoing need, offering long-term stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff and SENCO
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development
  • Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support plans
  • Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with personal care and sensory needs where required
  • Requirements:
