Learning Support Assistants

Location: Grays, Essex
Start Date: ASAP or Negotiable
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time only

We are a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Grays, Essex, looking to appoint enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our vibrant team.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
· Work closely with class teachers to support pupils learning.
· Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for children with additional needs.
· Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
· Foster children’s confidence, independence, and love of learning.

We are looking for someone who:
· Has a genuine passion for working with children.
· Is flexible, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships.
· Ideally has experience in an educational or care setting (though not essential – full training provided).
· Understands the importance of safeguarding and child development.
