Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Special Needs
Location: Liverpool
Pay: GBP105GBP115 per day
Job Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Start Date: ASAP
DBS Required (Enhanced)

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties
  • Assist the class teacher with behaviour management and lesson delivery
  • Support pupils in both academic and personal development
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Two professional references
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting learners
