Learning & Behaviour Support Assistant - Portsmouth Area As a Learning & Behaviour Support Assistant you will use your teaching experience to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve positive educational outcomes. Working collaboratively with pupils, families, and education professionals, you will provide specialist guidance, model effective strategies, and promote inclusive practices that support long-term success. The Role Work collaboratively with school leaders and staff to offer advice, guidance, and strategies that promote positive behaviour and inclusion. Deliver high-quality teaching and support, building positive relationships and nurturing pupil engagement.
