We are working with a specialist SEMH provision in Leeds that supports students who have experienced disrupted education and require a nurturing, trauma informed approach. The school provides a highly supportive, therapeutic environment with small class sizes, strong pastoral systems, and a team committed to helping every student re-engage with learning.

As a KS4 Art Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students express themselves, build confidence, and achieve meaningful accreditation in Art.

As a KS4 Art Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging Art lessons tailored to KS4 learners working toward GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Plan and differentiate creative projects that support emotional expression and personal development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students using a trauma informed, relational approach.
  • Work collaboratively with behaviour specialists, pastoral staff, and the SENCO to ensure consistent support.
