Key Stage 2 Teacher - Heywood

Daily Rate: 140-240 per day

Location: Heywood and surrounding areas

Contract Type: Long-term Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to support learning
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback where required
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and follow school policies
  • Uphold safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach

This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
