Desired Experience: * Experience in tutoring one-to-one or small groups needing additional educational or pastoral support. * Constructive supervision and correction experience. * Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions. * Experience working with SEN students, disengaged youth, or looked-after children. Essential Qualities: * Inspirational and effective communication skills. * Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment. * Stable broadband and internet connection. * Ability to build meaningful relationships, encourage, and motivate students
