Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a SEND Deputy Head of Year to support Sixth Form students in a North London secondary school. This non-teaching leadership role focuses on EHCPs, SEN and pastoral support to raise achievement, attendance and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will supervise study, liaise with parents and external agencies, contribute to reporting, assemblies and progression planning, and work closely with the Head of Year, SENCO and pastoral teams.
