Prospero Teaching is seeking a friendly and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools in the Winchester area. This long-term role involves working closely with teachers to support learning, provide additional help to pupils, and contribute to a positive and well-structured classroom environment. You will support pupils during lessons, assist with small-group activities, and offer 1:1 support where required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play a key part in supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
The Role:
- Support teachers during lessons across the school day
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required
