Prospero Teaching are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school to recruit a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who is passionate about early learning and committed to supporting children during this crucial stage of their education.
The Role:
- Full-time KS1 Class Teacher
- Start date: September 2026
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and contributing to reports
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
- Positive, nurturing approach with high expectations for all pupils
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
