One of your aims will be to support the pupil in their learning, offer structure back into their daily routine and continue their educational development until a suitable placement is found.

The tuition is replacing school for these young people and each individual is commissioned for a certain amount of hours, taking place during school hours, five days a week. Prospero will work with you closely to monitor the progression with each pupil by asking you to submit weekly reports. We can accommodate both part time and full time hours.

· Rate of pay – up to GBP30 per hour (negotiable)

Your role with us:

· Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps.
· Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to students and their families.
· Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to help students re-build their confidence in learning.
· Complete daily attendance and weekly reports.
