HLTA: Prospero Teaching are looking for a teaching assistant with experience in SEN to support KS2 pupils at a lovely school near to Preston. You will need excellent curriculum knowledge of both core and foundation subjects. Position Details: Location: Preston Position: HLTA Hours: 8:10am-3:10pm Type of Work: Temporary Full time/Part time: Full time only Minimum rate of pay: £105 per day, depending on experience Start date: Jan 2025 End date: Ongoing Role Responsibilities: Covering both core and foundation subjects while teachers are on PPA Building rapport with parents and other staff members Communicating with staff members to track progress Experience, Training & Qualifications: Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desirable but training can be provided) Team Teach qualification would be highly desired Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be highly desirable TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold right to work in the UK Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references
