We are a vibrant and supportive SEN School located in Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed HLTAs to join our team. Our school caters to pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learning support under the guidance of teaching staff
  • Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development of EHCPs and pupil progress reviews

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
