We are a vibrant and supportive SEN School located in Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed HLTAs to join our team. Our school caters to pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality learning support under the guidance of teaching staff
- Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Contribute to the development of EHCPs and pupil progress reviews
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
