We\'re recruiting on behalf of an inclusive and forward-thinking SEN school seeking a Higher learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide advanced classroom support, lead small group learning, and deliver interventions across the school.

The Role:
As a SEN HLTA, you will:
- Lead planned learning activities across KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 (specify depending on school).
- Support and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and the SENCO.
- Deliver targeted interventions and differentiated learning to children with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and communication difficulties.
- Mentor and support other TAs in best practice.
- Contribute to assessment and progress reporting for students with EHCPs.

- HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification.
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a classroom setting.
