Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Head of Wellbeing & Development for an Alternative Provision in Ipswich, Suffolk, starting September 2026. This full-time leadership role focuses on developing wellbeing strategies, student engagement, and personal development programmes to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies to promote attendance, resilience and positive outcomes, while safeguarding and pastoral care remain central.
