We are seeking a resilient and experienced Tutor to support a 17-year-old student with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis. The student has a history of behavioural challenges and has been diagnosed with ADHD and Aspergers syndrome, resulting in difficulties with emotional regulation, confidence, and concentration.

- Hours: 6 hours per week

Requirements
- Experience working with SEND needs and/or challenging behaviour
- Knowledge of ADHD and autism spectrum conditions (ASC)
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships with young people
- Strong behaviour management and emotional support skills
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring preferred
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
