Prospero Teaching is currently looking to connect with Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are exploring new opportunities for the September start. We are working with a number of primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across Andover who are preparing to recruit teachers across a variety of subjects and key stages. The Role:
- Deliver lessons within your subject specialism or key stage
- Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons

- Support students of mixed abilities to achieve strong outcomes
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
- Contribute to wider school life and departmental development
- Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT
- Strong subject knowledge or primary curriculum understanding
- Confident classroom practitioner or developing strong teaching practice
- Good behaviour management skills
- Organised and committed to high standards
- Open to exploring opportunities across different schools
