The Role As a Personalised Learning Assistant, you will support children and young people with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will play a key role in their learning, development, wellbeing, and independence, while also supporting personal care and medical needs where required. Further Details Location: Southampton Position: Personalised Learning Assistant Start date: ASAP Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing Minimum rate of pay: £140 per day Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pmExperience and Training Teaching Assistant qualification (preferable but not essential) Previous experience working in a UK School Experience working with children in education or in a similar setting Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training can be provided)To Be Eligible, You Must Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional, child-related referencesOther If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
