Prospero Teaching is looking for a caring and dependable Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Winchester area. This long-term role focuses on supporting children who may need additional help with learning, concentration, confidence, emotional regulation, or accessing lessons effectively.

You will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide consistent assistance throughout the school day. Your role will help pupils feel supported, engaged, and able to take part in learning within a calm, structured classroom environment.

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who require extra assistance

Experience, Training & Safeguarding:
  • Experience with children preferred
  • SEN experience beneficial but not required
  • Safeguarding training can be provided

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Two relevant references
