You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to manage emotions and behaviour with a focus on consistent boundaries and positive reinforcement. Prior SEMH, SEN, youth work or similar experience is desirable.
The role is full-time and long-term, offering ongoing support and development within a specialist SEMH setting and a competitive daily rate.
