The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. You will create an inclusive learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
