We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Science Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary school students across a range of east London schools. About the Role:
You will work closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons. Your role will involve assisting with practical experiments, supporting small group learning, and helping students to understand complex scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Support individual students or small groups with classwork and revision
- Help prepare lab equipment and resources for practical sessions
- Work with students with additional learning needs, including SEN and EAL
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and curious learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate in a Science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Natural Sciences)
