As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group academic support
  • Support students with varying learning needs and abilities
  • Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
  • Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered)
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, patient, and positive attitude
  • Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

To be eligible you must:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one
  • Provide two professional child-related references
