We're currently working with a number of secondary schools looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their teams from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on classroom experience, build your confidence working with young people and develop skills that will be invaluable if you decide to pursue a career in teaching.
What could you be doing?
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
- Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
- Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
- Providing additional support to students who need it
- Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Potentially leading small‑group activities or lessons as your confidence develops
- Gaining valuable experience that can support a future PGCE, QTS or teacher training application

- Strong communicators
- Patient and supportive
- Able to build positive relationships with students
- Graduates with degrees in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Geography, History, PE, Languages, Art or other relevant subjects are particularly encouraged to apply
