We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within specialist SEN schools across Gloucester, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. These may include autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to help students access the curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide targeted support on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping to reinforce learning, develop key skills, and promote independence.
