We are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist SEN provision in Cheltenham. The school provides short‑stay education, mentoring, and tailored support for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Years 7‑11) who are at risk of exclusion or require an alternative educational setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment where you will play a key role in helping young people re‑engage with education, build confidence, and make positive progress both academically and personally.
