Early Years Educator Role (Level 3 Qualified) Bristol

Location: Bristol
Position: Flexible Hours (Full-Time / Part-Time / Term-Time / Ad-Hoc)
Salary: 15.00 - 18.00 per hour (depending on experience and payroll choice)
Payroll Options: PAYE or Umbrella

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
  • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent) - Mandatory
  • Previous professional experience working within a nursery or early years setting - Mandatory
  • A minimum of 24 months of referenceable work history within the last 5 years - Mandatory
  • Professional references provided from company/professional email addresses only - Mandatory
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
