We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team where inclusion, individual progress and student wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists, SENCO) to support development.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster independence, confidence and self-esteem in every learner.
About You:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.
- Has a deep understanding of a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD).
- Demonstrates creativity, patience and resilience in their teaching approach.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Is an excellent communicator and team player.
