GCSE Science Tutor – Wiltshire (SP9)
Local Authority Provision | £30/hour | Part-Time | Immediate Start

We are looking for a committed and experienced GCSE Science Tutor to support a pupil in the SP9 area of Wiltshire. This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-11am , with scope to cover additional subjects if applicable.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: SP9, Wiltshire (Local Authority provision)
  • Hours: 2 hours/day, Monday to Friday (9am-11am)
  • Rate: £30 per hour
  • Subject: Primarily GCSE Science (additional subjects welcome)
  • Student Profile:

  • Permanently excluded (PEX) following a one-off behavioural incident
  • Attends another provision for other subjects
  • Requires focused, 1:1 tuition in Science
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident teaching GCSE Science
  • Able to build rapport and engage students with SEMH or behavioural needs
  • Flexible to offer support in other subjects if possible
  • Comfortable working independently and liaising with other education providers
