The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Working as an Ad-Hoc Teaching Assistant, you’d be placed where needed on that particular day and would uphold all the usual duties of a Teaching Assistant. We encourage those working on flexible supply to show eagerness, confidence and an ability to get ‘stuck in’ using initiative drawn on experience.
The role would consist of:

Liaising with your consultant at the beginning of the week to agree on a availability for shifts that week and being on standby from 7am for morning calls to be instructed about work available

Providing tailored support with working with children and SEN

Creating a safe environment that allows children to have fun, learn and succeed

Academic support 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assisting the teacher

Someone who can demonstrate the necessary nurturing qualities required to work closely with SEN children

Ideally with previous experience caring for those with additional needs
