Prospero Teaching is seeking an EYFS Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Walsall? Look no further! Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting supply teachers for a range of positions, including long-term, short-term, and daily bookings across schools in Walsall.

Location Walsall
Position – EYFS Teacher
Type of work – Class Teacher –
Contract or position start date – ASPA
Duration – Daily/Shot term/ Long term
Contract type temp/ttemp to perm
Full time/part time – Part Time/ Full time
Minimum rate of pay – Negotiable
Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm : Mon – Fri (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:
Β· Planning and Teaching: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the EYFS curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
Β· Assessment and Tracking: Regularly assess student progress and implement effective strategies to support both high-achieving students and those requiring additional support.
Β· Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
Β· Collaboration: Work alongside the EYFS team and other staff members to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
Β· QTS and Experience: It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
Β· Safeguarding: Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative. If you haven’t completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months, Prospero Teaching can provide you with a free course.

To be eligible for any job with Prospero Teaching, you must:
Β· Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Β· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
Β· Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years.
